The Eagles defense continued to shine in the third and fourth quarters, allowing the offense to extend the lead to a final margin of 13 points, which was aided by the Eagles' 22 points off turnovers throughout the entirety of the contest.

The Eagles shot 47.5% from the field (29-61), making 5-11 three point attempts, and 12-15 free throws. Randolph-Macon shot 42.1% (24-57) from the floor, making 4-14 three point attempts, and 10-12 free throws. The Eagles were outrebounded, 36-31, but forced 19 RMC turnovers with 13 steals.
