University of Mary Washington recent graduaes Rishi Charan Shankar and Peter Leese saw their run in the NCAA Division III national doubles championship come to a close in quarterfinal action on Monday, as the duo fell, 6-2, 4-6, 7-6(1), to Tyler Haddorff and Gage Gohl of Gustavus Adolphus College. Leese and Charan Shankar close the season with All-America honors in doubles, and a new school record with 34 victories on the season.
