The 14th ranked University of Mary Washington men's tennis team fell to 16th ranked Kenyon College, 6-3, on Saturday at the USTA National Campus in Orlando, Fla. The Eagles slip to 5-1 on the season.
In doubles, UMW picked up a pair of points, as Moses Hutchison and Michael Fleming defeated their opponents at one, 8-5, and Cole Tecce and Andrew Watson were victorious at three, 8-7 (7).
The lone point at singles was an impressive one, as Hutchison won at one, 3-6, 7-6, 10-4 over the sixth ranked player in Division III.
The Eagles will face Washington & Lee University next Saturday at Boonsboro Country Club.
