UMW Men’s Swimming Falls at Howard, 136-126, on Saturday

The University of Mary Washington men's swimming team fell to Howard University, 136-126, on Saturday in Washington D.C. The Eagles slip to 2-2 on the season.

Kolin Hoffman took the first win of the day as he won the 200 yard freestyle with a time of 1:46.73. Hoffman also took first in the 500 yard freestyle as well. Bradley Torrington won the 200 yard butterfly and then placed third in the 100 yard butterfly. 

Brian Harnish placed first in the 100 yard freestyle with a time of 48.54. Noah Carpenter secured the last win of the day for UMW in the 400 yard IM.

UMW will be back in action on 11/2 as they will travel to Roanoke for a meet at 4 p.m.
