Peppersack Gains American Paralympic Record in 100 Individual Medley

University of Mary Washington sophomore Joseph Peppersack broke an American Paralympic record in the 100 yard individual medley in Friday's victory over Frostburg State University, breaking the previous mark by three seconds, with a time of 1:08.01.

Peppersack, who has swum since age nine, has competed internationally, capturing two gold medals and a silver for World Series Para Swimming in Berlin, Germany in 2017.
