The University of Mary Washington riding team saw five first place finishes in placing third at the VCU Show in Richmond on Saturday. Laura Adriaanse was the reserve high point rider for the day.

Kimberly Counts won her open on the flat class, Emily Dunn won her intermediate on the flat, and Adriaanse won her novice on the flat class. Catalina Oliver won her walk trot canter class, and Stacy Pestova won her walk trot class.

The Eagles will be back in action on October 25 at the College of William and Mary.
