The University of Mary Washington athletic department finished in 59th place among more than 400 NCAA Division III institutions in the final Learfield IMG College Director's Cup standing for the 2018-19 year.
The Eagles move up from a 77th place finish in 2017-18, and is their highest ranking since 2013-14, when the Eagles also finished 59th.
The Learfield IMG College Directors' Cup was developed as a joint effort between the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) and USA Today. Points are awarded based on each institution's finish in NCAA Championships.
