The Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference (C2C) has announced its weekly awards following the fourth week of the 2022 cross country season. Mary Washington senior Patrick Murphy earned C2C Men's Cross Country Athlete of the Week accolades, while senior Teresa Guzman claimed C2C Women's Cross Country Athlete of the Week honors.
MEN'S RUNNER OF THE WEEK: Patrick Murphy - Mary Washington
Senior Patrick Murphy led Mary Washington to a second-place finish in the 6K race at the Shenandoah University Hornet Harrier, finishing second overall with a time of 19:13.
WOMEN'S RUNNER OF THE WEEK: Teresa Guzman - Mary Washington
Mary Washington senior Teresa Guzman led the Eagles' women to a third-place finish at the Shenandoah University Hornet Harrier on Saturday. Guzman finished eighth overall in the 5K race with a time of 20:53.
