Victoria Anne Parent is the daughter of Sarah and George Parent. Ran cross country and track at Courtland High School... Track MVP... Freelance Star All-Area athlete... Cross Country Runner of the Year... SCA President... National honor society... All-state in cross country and all-region and all-district in track... Her mother and three aunts all attended UMW... Also works as a Communication Consultant in the UMW Speaking Center and runs an Etsy boutique with her teammate, Nicole Bethune, during the fall and winter. Guest blogger for the company, Roadtrippers... Her mom went to GMU and UMW and is from the Philippines, and her dad is a native New Englander and a retired marine, and she have twenty-five cousins. Her uncle, Ray deLeon, ran track and field for Virginia  Tech, where he excelled in hurdles... Has run two half marathons, and this past spring placed third in her age group at the Marine Corps Historic Half Marathon... Hopes to one day run a marathon... English major.
