UMW Men's Cross Country Places 11th at NCAA South/Southeast Regional

The University of Mary Washington men's cross country team finished in 11th place at the NCAA Division III South/Southeast Regional in Newport News, Va., on Saturday.

The Eagles were paced by sophomore Nick Eghtessad, who finished in 27th place at 26:07, and and junior Julian Menk, who placed 46th at 26:34. Ian Granger finished 62nd at 26:59, Jeff Branson was 64th at 27:10, and Corey Lyons finished 65th at 27:15. James King finished 67th at 27:16, and Charis Markham placed 83rd at 27:38.
