The 21st ranked University of Mary Washington volleyball team saw three players named to the 2023 Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference all-conference volleyball team, and head coach Alex Hinsey was named as the league's Coach of the Year. Crosen posted 224 kills and a .333 hitting average with 49 total blocks, and gains first team honors after taking second team honors a year ago.

Lyons closed the regular season with 295 kills and 412 digs, to go with 30 service aces and 41 total blocks in 30 matches. She repeats as a first team honoree.
