UMW Volleyball Falls to Mount Union, #25 Heidelberg at Susquhanna on Saturday

The University of Mary Washington volleyball team dropped a 3-2 decision to the University of Mount Union (RV) and a 3-0 match to #25 Heidelberg University at Susquehanna University in Selinsgrove, Pa. on Saturday. The Eagles slip to 5-8 on the season.

The Eagles dropped a 3-0 decision to Heidelberg. Junior Tenley Hares led the Eagles with eight kills against two errors, while Lexie Hendricks and Krista Rodgers each added five. Freshman Mercie Brower posted 11 assists, while fellow freshman Makenna Santinga added 10, and each recorded two aces. Senior Kendal Hall led with eight digs and Rodgers posted a pair of solo blocks.
