Freshman Leslie Walters scored 14 kills, and senior Emma Murphy and sophomore Rachel Hendricks each scored eight to lead the University of Mary Washington volleyball team to a 3-0 victory over Southern Virginia University on Friday night at the Anderson Center. Game scores were 25-18, 25-18, 25-15.

Freshman Mallory Hill had five kills without an error in seven attempts, while junior Emma Olson added four kills, 31 assists, and 11 digs. Freshman Ryan Cho added 11 digs as well. Senior Megan Payne had three kills, and three blocks, while Murphy added three blocks as well.

The Eagles will be back in action on Saturday in the regular season finale at Penn State Harrisburg, with match time set for 1:00 p.m.
