The University of Mary Washington women's tennis team saw three different players win flights at the ITA South/Southeast Regional on Sunday.
Eagle freshman Kait Brogan won the Blue Four Bracket, topping Krista Filiopoulis, 6-2, 6-2, in the final after beating Courtnie Lambert, 6-0, 6-0, in the semifinals.
Freshman Brittany McBride won the Blue Five Draw, topping Stefana Vujinovic, 6-3, 6-1, in the finals, after beating Linnea Peters, 6-2, 6-4, in the semis.
Senior Michaela Dowd won the Blue Six Draw, topping Abby Schmidt, 6-0, 6-0, in the final after defeating Sage Cole, 6-0, 6-0, in the semis.
In the main draw on Sunday, UMW's Shelby Harris fell in the round of 16 to Bryn Rasschke, 6-4, 6-2. In main doubles, Hannah Jabusch and Mackenzie Smith fell in the quarterfinals to top-seeded Kirkland and Meighan of Washington & Lee, 8-2.
The event will conclude on Monday at UMW.
