#14 UMW Women's Tennis Tops Palm Beach Atlantic, 6-3
PALM BEACH, FLA - The University of Mary Washington women's tennis team jumped out to a 2-1 advantage after doubles and held on for a 6-3 victory over Division II Palm Beach Atlantic University on Wednesday afternoon. The Eagles improve to 4-2 on the season.

UMW picked up doubles wins at one, with Courtney Goimarac and Katie Schafer winning, 8-3, and at three as Casey Malcolm and Cassie Bowman winning, 8-4. UMW then won four singles matches, with Schafer winning at two, Meadows at three, Malcolm at four, and Danielle Velardi at six. Meadows' win was the clincher for the Eagles.

The Eagles will face Wesley College and Swarthmore College on March 13.
