Brooks Finishes 12th in 100 Breaststroke at NCAA Championships

Mary Washington's women's swimmer Kinsey Brooks finished 12th in the country in the 100 Breaststroke at the Division III NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships on Friday night. 

Brooks, who already claimed First Team All-American status in the 200 IM, is a Second Team All-American in the 100 breaststroke with her 12th place finish at the national meet of 1:03.22. Teammate Bridget Zagrobelny placed 28th in morning prelims, with a time of 1:04.60.

Brooks's finish pushed the Eagles into 23rd in the team standings. Brooks and the Eagles are back in action Saturday morning for the last day of the 2024 NCAA Swimming & Diving Championships.
