Ingrid Renee Dizon is the daughter of Rowena and Michael Dizon. Started swimming at the age of 6 for a triathlon and focused on competitive swimming around the age of 10... Born in the Philippines and moved to VA the start of freshmen year in high school... Has one older brother who was also a swimmer and a triathlete... Undecided on major.
