YORK, Pa. -- Mary Washington junior Hannah Hagy was named the CAC Women's Swimming Athlete of the Week for Nov. 18, 2014.

Mary Washington junior Hannah Hagy was honored as the CAC Women's Swimming Athlete of the Week after winning two individual races and contributing to a winning relay as Mary Washington defeated Division I Howard on Saturday, 197-56. Hagy opened the day as part of the winning 400-yard medley relay (4:11.25), before touching first in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:10.99) and 100-yard butterfly (1:02.33).

NOTES AROUND THE CONFERENCE

St. Mary's defeated Frostburg State 78-17 in the only CAC dual meet of the week. Hannah Hafey notched three gold medals to lead the Seahawks to a double-dual meet sweep of the Bobcats and West Virginia Tech, winning the 50 freestyle, 400 freestyle and swimimng leadoff in the 400 freestyle relay ... Salisbury freshman Bizu Baldinazzo notched three wins (200 freestyle, 50 freestyle, 200 freestyle relay) on Saturday against Penn State-Altoona, leading the Sea Gulls to a 182-76 victory.
