The University of Mary Washington women's swimming team swept every race but one in defeating Division I Howard University, 197-56, on Saturday at Goolrick Natatorium. The Eagles improve to 4-2 on the season.

The Eagles started the day by winning the 400 medley relay. Robin Brazier, Hannah Hagy, Shannon Coryell, and Syephanie Hallock won at 4:11.25. Alex Parrish won the 1000 freestyle at 11:18.20, Anna Corley won the 200 freestyle at 2:00.84, Katie Fago won the 100 backstroke at 1:02.04, and Hagy won the 100 breaststroke at 1:10.99.

Megan Murphy won the 200 butterfly at 2:14.78, Coryell won the 100 freestyle at 56.68, Brazier won the 200 backstroke at 2:12.29, and Morgan Miller won the 200 breaststroke at 2:38.78. Abby Cox won the 500 freestyle at 5:25.38, Hagy won the 100 fly at 1:02.33, Murphy won the 400 IM at 4:49.22, and Coryell, Fago, Cox, and Miller won the 400 free relay at 3:49.04.

The eagles will return to action on December 5-6 at the Gettysburg College Invitational.
