The Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference (C2C) has announced its weekly awards following the ninth week of the 2022 women's soccer season. Mary Washington senior Ally Holden claimed C2C Defensive Player of the Week honors.
DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Ally Holden - Mary Washington
Mary Washington senior goalie Ally Holden led the Eagles to a pair of shutout wins this week, making nine saves without allowing a score in two contests. She posted six saves in a 3-0 win at Catholic on Wednesday and added three saves in a 4 -0 blanking of Bryn Mawr on Saturday in 45 minutes of action. Holden has allowed just nine goals all season, with an .850 save percentage and 0.58 goals-against average.
