The Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference (C2C) has announced its weekly awards following the fifth week of the 2022 women's soccer season. Mary Washington senior goalkeeper Ally Holden claimed C2C Defensive Player of the Week honors.

Mary Washington senior goalkeeper Ally Holden helped the Eagles to three shutouts this week, turning in three clean score sheets in 270 minutes, as UMW topped Hood and Bridgewater and battled Washington & Lee to a scoreless draw. Holden made one stop against Hood and added four against Bridgewater, before stopping two shots at W&L on Saturday. The Eagles and Holden have allowed just one goal in their last six games. Holden has allowed four goals in 10 games, with 27 saves.
