Wednesday's University of Mary Washington field hockey, men's soccer, women's soccer games and home cross country meet have been canceled due to the weather forecast of thunderstorms and wet grounds in the wake of Hurricane Ida. No makeups have been announced for any of Wednesday's games.
Women's soccer will open the season on Saturday at Johns Hopkins University against Susquehanna University at 5:30 pm, and the cross country teams will now open the campaign on Saturday at the University of Richmond at 9:00 am. Men's soccer will host Mary Baldwin on Saturday at 1:00 pm as part of the UMW Classic, and field hockey will play Saturday at Messiah College at 1 p.m.
