The University of Mary Washington women's lacrosse team has been chosen second in the 2022 Coast to Coast Athletic Conference preseason coaches poll.

Mary Washington enters 2022 with a talented returning roster, including five all-conference players, facing a challenging schedule that includes five games against nationally-ranked opponents this spring. Sophomore Katie Blair, the '21 C2C Rookie of the Year, headlines a cast that includes returning first team All-C2C junior Kayla Sarazin at attack and senior Samantha Stachowiak at midfield. Also back are senior defender Grace Clarke, and all-conference goalie Reilly Miller – both of whom should solidify a strong Eagle defense.
