The University of Mary Washington women's lacrosse team finished the 2017-18 year ranked 10th in the final Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association national Division III poll, and eighth in the final poll from USLacrosse. The Eagles advanced to the regional semifinals for the second time in three years, and broke the school record for wins with 17.
