University of Mary Washington junior Angela Sperbeck was named to the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches' Association's all-academic squad, released today.
The IWLCA honored 382 student-athletes from 67 different institutions with inclusion in the 2013 Academic Honor Roll. All student-athletes were nominated by their schools and have achieved at least junior status academically.
A business major from Callaway, Md., Sperbeck scored 13 goals and added five assists for the Eagles in 2013.
