YORK, Pa. - Salisbury senior attack Kim Cudmore (Bel Air, Md./Bel Air) and coach Jim Nestor were
among eight members of the Capital Athletic Conference champion and second-ranked Sea Gulls honored by the conference coaches as members of the 2010 All-CAC Women’s Lacrosse Team.
Cudmore earned first-team honors for the second-straight year, one of a CAC-best five Gulls on the 2010 top squad, and was named the conference Player of the Year. She is the seventh Salisbury standout to combine for eight Player of the Year awards and the first since two-time award winner Sue Ackermann won her second honor in 2008. 

Mary Washington was second in the conference with three first-team all-star choices (four total) . The sophomore trio of attackers Catherine Kennedy (Baltimore, Md./Baltimore Lutheran), Allie Kimmelman (Burke, Va./Robinson) and midfielder Jenny Atmar (Houston, Texas/Bellaire) were selected for All-
CAC honors for the second-straight year. Sophomore defender Ellen Bikowski (Fairfax, Va./Bishop O’Connell) represented the second-place Eagles on the second-team All-CAC squad. Kennedy, the 2009 Rookie of the Year, and Kimmelman were first-team award winners last year while Atmar was a second-team pick in 2009.
