The University of Mary Washington women's golf team competed at day one of the York College Spartan Invitational on Saturday, placing in 11th place with a cumulative +103.
Junior Andrea Dill will head to day two in second place overall, as she shot a 78 (+5) on Saturday. Sara Fioretti is in 33rd place with a +25 (98), Freshman Gabrielle Moore is tied for 37th with a 104, and Ashley Ruehl is in 45th place at +42.
The tournament will conclude on Sunday.
