Details: After joining the conference just last year, the Captains have undoubtedly become one of the Eagles' biggest rivalries on game day. The "Blue Crew", as they call themselves, always travels in large packs from Newport News so help us whiteout the Anderson Center by wearing only white UMW apparel!

Details: In a no love lost battle at the Anderson Center, the Eagles take on PSH on Valentine's Day. Wear pink! But not because it's Valentine's Day, because the Women's Basketball team is raising awareness for the Kay Yow Cancer Fund. Both teams will also be raising money for our buddy Wesley Berry who, adopted as an honorary Eagle through the Friends of Jaclyn Foundation this fall, has been fighting cancer for the last eight years. UMW Student-Athletes of all 21 sports have chosen to "Win4Wesley" this year and if it is in the cards, Wesley will join us for the games!

Details: For Senior Day, the last home game of regular season, the Eagles honor each senior basketball player before taking on the SVU Knights. At halftime of the men's game, UMW Athletics will honor the fifteen members of our Corporate Partner Program for the contribution they've made to our student-athletes' experience at UMW.
