Alec Villiva has been named as an assistant coach for the UMW Track and Field and cross country teams for 2022.

Villiva served as assistant at UMW from 2014-19, primarily as the distance coach but helped with throws. The Eagles had multiple national qualifiers and conference championships in XC and outdoor track. He has also coached at Illinois Wesleyan University and his alma mater, Slippery Rock University.
