Freshman Jacinto Jones II set a new personal record in the 200 meters in preliminary action at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships in Rochester, N.Y. Jones, who was seeded 22nd coming into the championships, finished 10th with a time of 21.40 seconds.
