The Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference (C2C) has announced its weekly awards following the seventh week of the 2022-23 track and field season. Mary Washington's Sophia Redmond earned C2C Women's Track Athlete of the Week honors.

WOMEN'S TRACK ATHLETE OF THE WEEK: Sophia Redmond, Mary Washington

Freshman Sophia Redmond was Mary Washington's top performer on the track this weekend at the Washington & Lee Winter Carnival.  She finished second in the 100 meters at 12.49 and third in the 200 meters at 25.77.  Both efforts lead the C2C performance list and rank in the top 20 nationally.
