University of Mary Washingotn sophomore pitcher Caitlyn Burch has been named to the College Sports Information Directors Academic All-District Softball Team.

Burch, a first team all-conference pitcher, holds a 3.78 cumulative grade-point average as a business administration major. 

This season Burch won 11 games with a 2.15 ERA, with 130 strikeouts in 137 innings pitched. She pitched a no hitter on March 26 vs. Gettysburg, and was named NFCA National Pitcher of the Week.
