#15 UMW Men's Tennis Opens with 4-3 Loss to Division I George Mason

The 15th ranked University of Mary Washington men's tennis team opened the 2015 spring season with a tough 4-3 loss to Division I George Mason University on Saturday at the UMW Indoor Tennis Center.

After sweeping doubles to gain the doubles point, UMW gained wins from senior Tyler Carey at one singles and junior David Lunding-Johansson at three, but were unable to gain the deciding point despite taking two other matches to a third set.

The Eagles are taking on Division I Longwood University this evening at the ITC.
