UMW Men's tennis Ranks 28th in Final ITA Poll; Carey Ranked 20th in Singles to Gain All-America Honors

The University of Mary Washington men's tennis team finished the 2012-13 season ranked 28th in the nation, as well as sixth in the Atlantic-South region, as announced by the ITA on Monday. Sophomore Tyler Carey ranked 20th in the nation in singles to gain All-America honors.

Carey ranked sixth in the region in singles, and joined with sophomore Kaleb Nguyen in doubles to rank eighth in the region in doubles.

The team's final national ranking is their 13th consecutive final ranking inside the top 30 in head coach Todd Helbling's tenure at UMW.
