UMW Men's Swimmers Top Randolph-Macon on Saturday to Improve to 3-1

The University of Mary Washington men's swimming team defeated Randolph-Macon College, 130-75, on Saturday afternoon at Goolrick Natatorium. The Eagles improve to 3-1 on the season.

The Eagles started the meet by winning the 200 yard medley relay, with Sean Mayer, Kenyon Huber-Wilker, Dallas Tarkenton, and Vance Solseth taking first at 1:38.02. Individual winners for the Eagles included Tyler Gimple in the 1000 freestyle at 10:14, Ricardo Bonilla-Vazquez in the 200 freestyle at 1:46.61, Dallas Tarkenton won the 100 yard Butterfly at 51.25, and Jeffrey Leckrone in the 100 yard breaststroke at 1:00.65.

The 200 free relay finished first, with Dylan Gore, Jake Schroth, Matthew Garstka, and Bonilla-Vazquez winning at 1:28.30.

Mary Washington will be back in action on November 7 when they host Marymount University at 1:00 p.m.
