Fredericksburg, Va.-- Mary Washington fell on Friday to Johns Hopkins, 154-49. The Blue Jays won every event on the day, sweeping the Eagles in some events. The loss moves the Eagles to 6-3 overall.
Sean Mayer and Mike Hudgins highlighted the Eagles on day, going two and three in the 100 Back with times of 53.84 and 58.08 respecitvely. Michael Purdue earned a second place finish in the 100 Breast, with a time of 1:03.31 and the 150 Breast (1:40.78).
The men's 200 Free Relay team of Alex Anderson, Matthew Garstka, Vance Solseth, and Hudgins placed second with a time of 1:27.58.
The Eagle men return to the pool tomorrow, with races against CAC foes Frostburg State and Marymount (Va.) at Marymount beginning at 1:00 p.m.
