YORK, Pa. - - The Capital Athletic Conference announced its Jan. 14, 2014, weekly award winners:



MEN'S SWIMMING

Mary Washington junior ALEX ANDERSON (Vienna, Va./James Madison) was selected as the CAC Men's Swimming Athlete of the Week for Jan. 14, 2014. Anderson notched a pair of individuals victories and anchored a winning relay squad to help the Eagles to a CAC triumph over Salisbury. He swam the final leg of the victorious 400 medley relay team, before securing individual wins in the 50 freestyle and 100 backstroke.

The Eagles return to action this Saturday, January 18th when they host St. Mary's (Md.) on Senior Night.
