Williamsburg, Va.-- The University of Mary Washington men's swim team competed against William and Mary on Saturday. The Eagles finished second to the Tribe, and were paced by Alex Anderson (Vienna, Va./James Madison) who won two events for the Eagles.
Anderson was the winner in the 100 Fly. Anderson won with a time of 51.40, almost a full second ahead of the second place finisher from William and Mary. Alex turned in his second victory of the day in the 200 Free, with a time of 1:44.33. Misha Yelmgren (Fairfax, Va./Paul VI) turned in a thrid place finish in the 100 Back with a time of 53.50.
The Eagles return to action on Friday, October 18th. The Eagles will host Washington & Lee starting at 7:00 p.m.
