Junior defender Gary Foley capped his second straight game with a penalty kick game winner at 80:07 to lead the 25th ranked University of Mary Washington men's soccer team to a 1-0 victory over Frostburg State University on Wednesday afternoon in Capital Athletic Conference play at the Battleground. The Eagles improve to 8-2-1 overall, and 3-0 in CAC action.

UMW led in shots in the first half, 5-3, and 8-5 in the second, but couldn't find the nets until a foul in the penalty area yielded a penalty kick for Foley and the Eagles. The junior defender scored with just under 10 minutes remaining for the decisive score.

Mary Washington will be back in action on Saturday when they visit York College of Pa. in another CAC contest at 3:30 p.m.
