UMW sophomore Riley Fisher and freshman Conor Nogueira were named to the 2014 All-Capital Athletic Conference Men's Soccer Team on Tuesday. Fisher was named to the first team, while Nogueira gained second team honors.
Fisher, who gained second team honors a season ago as a freshman, took home first team honors this season on the strength of a team-high eight goals and one assist in 18 games played. He ranked tied for third in the league in goals.
Nogueira gained second team honors in the midfield, scoring two goals and adding a team-high six assists while providing ball control and possession in the midfield. His six assists tied for fourth in the conference this season.
