UMW Men's Golf Finishes Eighth in Greene Turtle Invitational

The University of Mary Washington men's golf team finished in eighth place at the Greene Turtle Invitational as they shot a 292 overall. The tournament was held in Front Royal, VA.

After play on Sunday was rained out, Sebastien Bonte led the way for the Eagles as he shot a 71. Freshman Robin Yu finished just one shot back of Bonte, and Phillip Manceri shot a 74 on the day. Ethan Kelly finished with a 75 and Zach Kaylor rounded out the team total as he shot a 76.

Junior Jason Guintu shot a 76 as an individual in the tournament.

UMW will be back in action on Monday, 9/17, as they head to the Tom Kinder Invitational in Bridgewater, VA.
