FREDERICKSBURG, Va. - York senior guard Jason Bady headlines the 2019 All-CAC Men's Basketball teams as the CAC Player of the Year, while Mary Washington's Greg Rowson collected CAC Rookie of the Year accolades. Christopher Newport's John Krikorian took home CAC Coach of the Year honors for the fourth consecutive season after leading the Captains to a share of the conference regular season title.

Bady led the conference in scoring at 18.7 points per contest and finished fourth with 7.4 rebounds per contest. The Spartans shared the CAC regular season title with CNU and Bady was named CAC Player of the Week three of the last four weeks. His YCP teammate junior guard Jared Wagner also was recognized on the second team.

Rowson, also a second team selection, had an impressive debut campaign for UMW averaging 16.1 points per game - fourth best in the conference. He is joined by his teammate senior forward Johnny Cronin who was selected to the CAC First Team after leading the league in field goal shooting (65.8) and rebounds (9.7).

A total of five teams put a pair of standouts on the all-conference list. Frostburg State junior Daniel Alexander collected first-team recognition after averaging 17.9 points per game (#2 CAC), while FSU's senior forward Edwin Cole earned second-team honors for the second time in his career after pulling down 9.6 boards per game (#2 CAC).

The top-seeded CNU Captains were led by senior guard Marcus Carter who picked up his third All-CAC honor of his career with his second, first-team award. The 2016 CAC Player of the Year is joined by his teammate sophomore guard Jason Aigner on the distinction list. Carter tied for fourth in the league with 7.4 rebounds per game, while Aigner shot the second-best three-point percentage (44.8) in the conference.

Salisbury landed one first team and one second team selection as senior guard Blair Davis achieved first team accolades, while sophomore guard Mike Ward garnered second team laurels.
