York, Pa. - The Capital Athletic Conference will open the
2013-14 men’s and women’s basketball seasons with an
interactive video event on Thursday, Nov. 7. Each of the 10 head
coaches will discuss their team’s prospects for the upcoming
year through video conference technology on Google+ Hangouts.
The CAC Opening Tip Event will begin with the women’s coaches
at 12:00 p.m, followed by the men’s coaches at 1:30 p.m.
Coaches will each have a 5 minute block of time taking questions
from a moderator and online viewers.

11:55 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 7.

Both video chats will also be archived and available for viewing on
