UMW Equestrian Claims Honors at CNU Show; Camp Takes High Point Rider

The University of Mary Washington equestrian team turned in an outstanding performance at the Christopher Newport University show on Sunday in Newport News, Va. Senior Ann Marie Camp was named the high point rider for the show, after taking first in both open on the flat and open over fences classes.

Kate Howlin was fourth in both open flat and open fences, and Abby Mills took sixth in intermediate flat. Annabella Nonamaker was fourth in intermediate flat, and Mia Gibson took second in her limit flat class. Kinsey Brotman was sixth in limit flat, as was Alexis Neyra.
 
Eliza LaViolette was fifth in limit fences, and Emma Najdzionek was second in limit flat. Miranda Herd was fourth in novice flat, Olivia Miller was first in novice flat, and Melinda Snow was fourth in pre novice.
