UMW Riding Team Takes Second Place at William and Mary Show

The University of Mary Washington riding team captured five first place finishes en route to a second place finish at the College of William and Mary show on Sunday in Williamsburg. The Eagles finishes just four points from first place.

Nikki Ferrell finished first in her open on the flat class, and Kimberly Counts took first in her open over fences class. Emily Dunn won her intermediate over fences class

Alexandra Buchanan won her walk trot canter class, and Anna Lobova won a class for the second straight day in her walk trot class.

The Eagles will return to action next weekend on Saturday at Christopher Newport University at 10:00 a.m.
