The University of Mary Washington riding team finished in fourth place - just two points from second place - in the Zone Championship show on Sunday. Two riders - Michelle Lee and Molly Banfield - will advance to the national show.

The Eagles finished with 34 points, just two from tying for second. Lee won her class in walk trot, and she will advance to the National IHSA show in Harrisburg, Pa., in early May. She will be joined by senior Molly Banifeld, who was the high point rider for the region and will compete in the Cacchione Cup competition.
