UMW riders Molly Banfield and Alyssa Zarzecki won their classes on Sunday, and three others also qualified for the zone championships with performances on Sunday at the regional show.
Banfield won her open on the flat class, and Zarzecki won her intermediate on the flat classes. Cori Frederickson qualified for zones in novice on the flat and open fences classes, Zarzecki also qualified in intermediate fences, Kimberly Counts qualified in novice fences, and Michelle Lee qualified in walk trot.
The zone show will take place on April 6 at Hollins College.
