Senior outfielder David Lambertson has been named to the Virginia Sports Information Directors College Division All-State Team, as announced Wednesday.
Lambertson led the Coast 2 Coast Athletic Conference in batting with a .397 average with just four strkeouts all season. He posted 31 hits, with 19 RBI and 16 runs scored.
He was named first team-all-conference, and also gained all-region honors by the American Baseball Coaches Association. For his career, Lambertson played in 74 games, with a 83 hits and a .335 average, with 48 RBI and 43 runs scored.
