The UMW Baseball Team will be having its annual Golf Tournament this fall on October 25th, the Friday of Homecoming Weekend.  All alumni, former players and friends are welcome, as well as anyone wishing to have a fun day of golf at Meadows Farm Golf Course, the home of the world's longest par 5 !  The tournament is limited to the first 80 players to sign up.  We will have on course prizes for longest drive and closest to the pin, mulligans for purchase and a 50/50 raffle.  Lunch will be included in the cost and served immediately after the tournament.  Trophies will be given for first and second place. Donations of prizes, hole and tee sponsorships and overall tournament sponsors are being solicited, so anyone wishing or knowing a business who would like to contribute, please contact Assistant Coach Rick Minter at 540-842-3846 or email rlminter@Comcast.net.  Hole and tee sponsorship is $100, which will include a sign with company name and logo.  $500 dollar sponsors will get a banner at the clubhouse !
