University of Mary Washington Strength and Conditioning

Mission: To design and administer research based speed, strength, conditioning, agility, flexibility and plyometric training programs that will reduce the chance of injuries, enhance performance, and improve discipline in athletes during competition.

Vision: To gain recognition as one of the premier NCAA Division III Strength and Conditioning programs in the country.

The three main goals of the strength and conditioning program are:
1. Injury prevention
2. Improved performance
3. Improved discipline
